As the Product User Experience Director, you will collaborate closely with customers, Stellar Cyber field teams, and development teams to implement and enhance the user experience, driving improvements in the velocity and usability of our software. This role is highly technical, requiring a deep understanding of Stellar Cyber's platform, its use cases, build process, release process, and customer base. You will also play a pivotal role in executing product enhancements and ensuring that the product's usability meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities

As the Product User Experience Manager, you will collaborate closely with customers, Stellar Cyber field teams, and development teams to implement and enhance the user experience, driving improvements in the velocity and usability of our software. This role is highly technical, requiring a deep understanding of Stellar Cyber's platform, its use cases, build process, release process, and customer base. You will also play a pivotal role in executing product enhancements and ensuring that the product's usability meets the highest standards.

• Own the product user experience for the platform, focusing on SOC analysts' workflow and reporting, detection management, and threat hunting.
• Continuously improve existing features and functionalities to enhance the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their workflows, use cases, and requirements to drive user-centric enhancements.
• Conduct user interviews to identify product opportunities and validate the effectiveness of our user interface.
• Actively participate in the release process, ensuring seamless deployment across our global SaaS fleet and On-Premises customer base.
• Work closely with the product management team to contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the proper design and user experience of features and fixes.
• Support field teams in product shipping, customer support, and deal closure.
• Conduct product analysis to identify user trends and optimize the platform's user experience.
