As a SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and setting up appointments for the sales team. This position requires a blend of inside sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for cultivating connections within the cybersecurity industry.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize target accounts and decision-makers within the cybersecurity space through research and outbound prospecting efforts.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling activities to engage with prospects and generate interest in our cybersecurity solutions.
- Qualify leads and opportunities based on predetermined criteria and effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their challenges, goals, and pain points, positioning our solutions as the ideal fit.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with qualified leads, ensuring smooth handoff and transition.
- Utilize CRM tools to accurately track and document lead interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progression.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively articulate our value proposition and differentiate our offerings.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth.
