Position Summary:
Swiftly is seeking an experienced and technically dynamic FP&A analyst to take our partner and business reporting to the next level. This role will be at the center of our high growth organization where you will own end-to-end revenue reporting while also providing larger business analysis! This position will help ensure that FP&A is providing action insights that help business leaders make better decisions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage Partner reporting process starting from deal review through Rev Share report distribution
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to set sales target/quota, forecast revenue, measure incentive plan, and run revenue sharing reporting
  • Partner Pipeline: Review agreements in connection with deal review process to ensure new partner’s reporting is contractually aligned with Account management
  • Revenue management: Partner with Accounting, Ad Ops, Account Management and Product to manage Revenue recognition’s translation into Partner reporting (including Revenue, Payments, and Aged AR)
  • Fee Management – Financially manage Fees file to track obligations owed by partner
  • External client reporting – ensuring we are contractually compliant with the ongoing reporting requirements
  • Partner Forecast – Stand up novel forecasting templates that incorporate actuals and KPIs to create forward looking allocation of demand on our supply partners
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes at P&L granularity to provide Board, Executive and Business Unit presentations
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other analytical subject areas
  • 3-5 years relevant technical accounting/FP&A and/or Client Finance experience at high growth tech companies
  • Excel and SQL expert. Bonus points if you also have other database, automation, or BI skills. Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience (working knowledge of NetSuite and SFDC a Must)
  • Revenue Recognition Experience or Inventory Partner Revenue management
  • Familiarity with sales finance, revenue recognition and digital advertising

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and the ability to communicate and partner with a senior management team
  • Outstanding modeling and analytical skills
  • Ability to self-start and self-direct work in a fast-changing environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and jumping into operational details
