Position Summary:
Swiftly is searching for a sales coordinator. This role will be responsible for assisting Account Managers and Sales Executives with client account needs including lead generation, proposal creation, screenshots, and campaign reporting. Being proactive, taking initiative and effective co-worker assistance are key areas of focus for the position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with leadership to develop an understanding of how Swiftly’s retail business works and what it takes to excel
  • Assist the Sales and Account Teams on client account related responsibilities
  • Participate in internal meetings, work to develop client presentation materials and assist with writing proposals and statements of work as needed
  • Provide weekly reports and progress updates to manager
  • Develop an understanding of Swiftly’s internal tools, products, sales presentation, and campaign execution process
  • Take ownership and responsibility for all required assignments
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation experience
  • Strong listening, questioning and negotiation skills ‐ outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure in a cross functional environment
  • Excellent proposal writing and presenting, project management and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS with strong academic record
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
