About the Role
If you're looking for a job where you can make a real difference in people's lives, look no further. As our People Operations Specialist, you'll be the architect of a workplace culture where employees feel engaged, valued, and supported.
In collaboration with the People Operations Generalist and People Director, the People Operations Specialist will provide support for the execution of tactical and operational HR initiatives within the Philippines. This position will play a significant role in ensuring that we create an outstanding employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
What You'll Do
- People Operations
- Work closely with the People Operations Generalist in owning the implementation and management of various HR operations tasks, such as:
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- 201 File/Personnel Record Management
- HRIS Management
- Statutory Filing and Management
- Labor Law Compliance and Reporting
- Payroll and Timekeeping
- Benefits Management
- Employee Relations
- Employee Engagement
- Together with PH People Operations Generalist, conduct focus groups and 1:1 employee check-ins to gather feedback and insights on employee needs and concerns
- Be the primary point of contact for employee concerns and requests
- Provide assistance to Learning & Engagement team in the planning and execution of engagement events and activities to foster a sense of community and belonging among employees (e.g., Annual PH-wide Team Building, Monthly wellbeing/training calendar, Year-end Celebration)
- Facilities and Office Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including inventory management, maintenance and repair requests.
- Ensure that the office is a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for employees.
- Coordinate office moves and renovations, including selection of contractors, designs and project oversight.

- Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Microsoft apps, a plus
- Familiarity with local labor laws will be an advantage
- Familiarity with presentation and design software (Google Slides, Canva, etc) preferred
- Previous experience working in a hybrid start-up environment is a plus
