We are looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Office Manager to join our People & Culture team as a replacement for a maternity leave with an option for a permanent position. The Office Manager plays a key role in shaping and maintaining our unique company culture.

This is a great opportunity to work in a growing and dynamic start-up company and run our offices in Israel.

Position Details:

  • Location: Company offices in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv.
  • Position Type: Full-time, temporary position

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees, providing assistance with all office-related matters.
  • Oversee day-to-day office maintenance, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming workspace.
  • Manage seamless office operations, including supplier relationships, kitchen inventory, cleaning services, and office equipment.
  • Support financial processes, including tracking budgets, managing invoices, and preparing expense reports.
  • Monitor and manage the People & Culture department budget to ensure accurate tracking and efficient resource allocation.
  • Plan and execute employee welfare activities, such as Happy Hours, team-building events, and holiday celebrations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of experience in office management is required, with experience in high-tech companies or startups considered an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Technological proficiency, particularly with Google Workspace tools.
  • Familiarity with HiBob is a significant advantage.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to change and demonstrate creativity in real-time problem-solving.
  • High-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
