Job Overview:

We are looking for a Talented individual Automation Engineer, who will join the R&D team.

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Automation Engineer with a proven background in QA to join our dynamic R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our automation capabilities, ensuring that all automation projects are executed efficiently, and align with our business objectives. You'll contribute to developing test content for advanced customer service and customer experience automation use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing automated tests for both Server and Client-side components.

• Develop and maintain automation tools and end-to-end (E2E) flows.

• Document and implement test strategies and scenarios.

• Debug and resolve complex software issues.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across all company departments

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

• 3+ years of experience in automation development.

• At least 3+ years of experience developing with Python.

• Experience with automating testing platforms such as Selenium, Playwright.

• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS- Advantage.

• Proficiency in scripting languages ( e.g Shell, Groovy) -Advantage

• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GIT - advantage.

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Highly self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills for automation challenges, combining analytical thinking with creative, innovative approaches to develop effective solutions.
