Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager

The Opportunity:

TechSee is looking for a Senior Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to manage and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The Senior ABM Manager will be responsible for managing, coordinating and executing highly focussed ABM campaigns targeting enterprise prospects (executive level). The Senior ABM Manager will maintain the ABM targets database, manage and optimize all elements of ABM activations, including budgets, vendors, creative and follow-up throughout the prospect lifecycle.

The Senior ABM Manager will collaborate closely with the sales, operations, product marketing, customer marketing, and partner marketing efforts to measure and maximize ABM performance. The primary KPIs for this role are executive MQLs leading to six or seven-figure opportunities.

The role will be directly responsible for building and maintaining ABM campaigns and ABM activation across the funnel - through account signature.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement a highly targeted account-based marketing plan tightly integrated with sales targeting, brand messaging, and our product and communications strategies.

  • Manage ABM target lists in collaboration with sales leadership, marketing budget, pipeline and reporting.

  • Execute and optimize highly targeted ABM campaigns, initially focussed on executive roundtables, one-on-one meetings, and sponsored offsite engagements (e.g. dinners, golfing) and industry event participation.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing communications, design, partner marketing, product marketing, customer marketing and sales to deliver the optimal ABM performance, while delivering ABM insights and market feedback to the wider organization.


  • 5+ years of marketing experience, from an a high-growth startup (B2B and enterprise- Advantage).

  • Native English proficiency, both written and spoken.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise account-based marketing and sales processes

  • Experience managing and optimizing ABM campaigns targeting Fortune 500 executives from start to finish.

  • Strong experience creating, adapting, and optimizing ABM messaging and channels.

  • Deep experience with Salesforce and marketing reporting

  • Passionate marketer with a pride of ownership, and a collaborative, with an can-do attitude

  • Creative thinker and problem solver with the ability to embrace a fast-paced, changing work environment, remain cool-headed when working towards tight timelines

  • Constant learner, always looking for new and better solutions

  • Strong organizational and communications skills (deep familiarity with Asana a plus)

  • Bachelors or Masters in Marketing or Business- Advantage.

  • Experience with paid media (e.g. PPC, programmatic) or event marketing a plus
