Marketing Lead and Data Process Specialist

What You’ll Do

Teradata is looking for an innovative, hands-on marketing lead and data management specialist responsible for overall marketing engagement management, scoring (lead and account), lead to account assignment and routing to Sales for pursuit, and for maintaining, enriching, cleansing marketing data for scoring and segmentation. This role will be responsible for evolving, monitoring, documenting, and socializing the marketing data model on leads, contacts, campaigns, 1st and 3rd party (intent) engagement data and will play a key part in ensuring leads are identified and surfaced for follow up, and for measuring the success of the program through implementation of shared and closed loop reporting and measurement of pipeline creation and acceleration.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Monitor and manage engagement-based lead scoring
  • Analyze lead scoring data to identify model improvements
  • Monitor, manage, and improve lead routing
  • Work with demand generation, field marketing, digital team and sales Go-to-Market resources to build end-to-end processes: lead identification, creation and delivery to follow-up, reporting and process improvement
  • Define, create, monitor, and manage dashboards and reporting to convey valuable lead insights
  • Create and deliver training on lead processes and the use of marketing data to accomplish strategic goals
  • Analyze, audit, and cleanse marketing data, ensuring validity and consistency between systems
  • Partner with Sales, Go-to-Market, and Sales Operations to ensure delivery of contact-based and account-based lead delivery and to ensure follow-up of leads
  • Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence reviews with marketing and sales leadership on the marketing lead generation and delivery status and how it contributes to the overall sales funnel
  • Manage and continuously improve lead to account matching to improve time to lead follow-up
  • Gather feedback on lead processes to identify, design, and implement process improvements

Who You’ll Work With

You will report into the Senior Manager, Marketing Data and Lead Management. You will partner with Sales, Go-to-Market, and Sales Operations to ensure delivery of contact-based and account-based lead delivery and to ensure follow-up of leads.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or technology,
  • 1-3 years of marketing ops experience in an established B2B environment
  • Strong knowledge of B2B lead management, scoring, and marketing attribution methodologies
  • Strong knowledge on marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred), Salesforce, Google Analytics, BI and analytics tools (SQL and Power BI preferred), ABM Platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase), Sales Productivity platforms, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to speak, present, and collaborate
