What You'll Do
- Support in the planning of our Global Events, primarily in the US with a specific focus on virtual events, registration, attendee management, reporting and analytics.
- Be responsible for one or more aspects of events execution for Global event programs including logistics and production.
- Support the Events teams in preparation of data and presentations.
- Project co-ordination including scheduling of meetings, notes and actions, tracking follow-up.
- Create excitement and amplification for our key events through social media.
Who You’ll Work With
- You will work closely and collaborate with the field marketing teams, content, and communications, GTM organization, and sales organization to align event participation around strategic business initiatives.
- External partner vendors including production and event technology vendors.
- The global marketing team from APJ, EMEA and Americas and report to the Global Events Director.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- Minimum 2 years working on B2B events and meetings, or third party events.
- Experience with Cvent or other event management software is desirable.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field: event management, marketing, communications, or business.
- Implement KPIs and marketing measurement techniques for event marketing.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in working in corporate or B2B events.
- Interest in event technologies, event trends and experiential marketing.
- Communication skills, including writing, proof reading and speaking.
- Ability to travel domestic and international as required.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good understanding of database management.
