What you'll do:

• データ分析基盤／データウェアハウス・システム（Teradata）の設計・構築
• データ分析基盤／データウェアハウス・システムの移行（オンプレ→クラウド等）
• データ抽出、データ転送、データロード、データ加工等、各種データを扱うプログラムの設計・開発（Teradataユーティリティ、シェル、SQL等を使用）
• ETLツール、BIツール、分析ツール、ジョブ管理ツール等のソフトウェアを用いた業務プログラムの設計・開発、技術支援
• 要件定義、基本設計、詳細設計、開発・単体テスト、結合テスト、総合テスト
• データ分析基盤／データウェアハウス・システム（Teradata）の保守・運用（SEサポート）
• スキルや経験によっては、プロジェクト・リーダを依頼する場合あり
• オンサイト（主に東京）、あるいはテレワークにて、銀行・クレジットカード・生保・損保といった主に金融のお客様を担当

Who you'll work with:

• プロジェクトの規模としては、2～10名程度（社員、および協力会社社員）が多く、ロジェクトを管理するプロジェクト・マネージャ（テラデータ社員）の下で作業していただきます。
• プロジェクト終了後は、同じお客様の別のプロジェクトにアサインされる場合もあれば、異なるお客様のプロジェクトにアサインされる場合もあります。プロジェクト状況、タイミング、経験・スキル、本人の希望等を考慮しながら、アサイン先を決めます。
• 人事上は、エンゲージメント・マネージャが管理する組織（15名～25名程度）に所属していただきます。エンゲージマネージャとは、四半期に1回（あるいは適宜）、1 on 1ミーティングが行われ、目標、成果、仕事の希望、スキル開発の機会について話し合います。

• プログラム設計・開発・テスト
• データ分析基盤／データウェアハウス基盤の設計・構築の経験
• AWS等クラウドの経験
• 各種ツール（ETLツール、BIツール、分析ツール、ジョブ管理ツール等）の使用経験
• 日本語でのコミュニケーション／交渉／文書作成（ネイティブ、日本語能力試験N1レベル以上）
• 以下の経験／スキルは必須ではないが、あるとベター
• 金融に関する業務知識、金融システムの構築経験
• データ分析
• プロジェクト・リーダー経験
