We’re looking for a versatile and proactive Marketing Lead with a proven track record in content creation, brand marketing, email marketing, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong project management instincts and exceptional communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing both short-term and long-term marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline creation in collaboration with a broader marketing team.

What does the job involve?

  • Plan, develop, and launch multi-channel organic campaigns (email, website, in-app) to educate and convert prospects while retaining existing customers.
  • Collaborate with our Performance Marketing Lead to create and measure brand awareness and lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Build a content marketing calendar and pipeline in collaboration with our Head of Research, and a freelancer.
  • Create customer-focused content, such as newsletters, case studies, and webinars, working both independently and together with partners.
  • Support product and sales teams with GTM initiatives, including new feature launches, various product collateral (e.g. one-pagers) and battlecards.
  • Work with marketing operations on segmentation, reports, and email flows.
  • Enhance brand visibility and engagement through social posts on LinkedIn, industry events and PR campaigns - with support from our internal team.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting and optimizing strategies in order to best meet business needs and targets.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Full-stack marketer with 4+ years of experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS role.
  • Full proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (e.g. WordPress, GA4).
  • Experience in marketing automation is required (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strategic thinker who can build and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Analytical; can easily read and analyze data and extract actionable insights.
  • Resourceful and enjoy driving performance by identifying opportunities.
  • Strong project management & organizational skills (Asana is a nice bonus!).
  • Experienced in cross-functional collaboration (Product, Sales, Research, Design).
  • Exceptional communication skills for creating compelling assets that convert.
  • Hands-on, organized and proactive in driving projects and achieving results.
  • Proficiency in English, combined with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Remote work experience is strongly preferred, and occasional travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • German and/or French language is highly desirable.
  • BA in marketing, business, communications, technology or similar area.
  • Background in the logistics, supply chain or freight industries.
