We’re seeking a motivated Market Research Analyst (Student) to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will work closely with management, business development, and sales teams to support day-to-day research and analytics needs. Your work will be crucial in identifying potential customers, analyzing market trends, and preparing key insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential customers, and new business opportunities based on business models and demographic data.
- Work closely with management, business development, and sales teams to provide critical market insights, including tracking industry news, market triggers, and strategic accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of market analytics for events, presentations, and reports to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Use advanced research methodologies and tools to gather and analyze data.
- Develop and maintain a detailed lead database, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information across all CRM systems.
- Present research findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way.
- Build a deep understanding of our target audiences, including their needs, goals, and expectations, and share this knowledge with cross-functional teams.
- Generate post-target lead analysis, including reports and dashboards for management and peer groups as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Physics, or a related field.
- Availability for at least 50% of a full-time position.
- Experience working with CRM tools is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and proficient project management abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools for market research.
- An interest in keeping up with industry trends, market events, and strategic developments.
- Collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, including management, sales, and business development.
- Finance and payments industry experience is a bonus, providing valuable context to market research and customer insights.
