What will you be doing?

• Overall accountability on all accounting related items of the department
• Develop and implement processes and guidelines to support the accounting standards within the Finance department and with cross functional teams
• Design and implement solutions, policies and tools to support internal and cross organizational processes to build scalable and sustainable processes, create efficiencies, streamline accounting operations and improve accuracy and timeliness of reporting
• Supervise the consolidated periodic financial statement close process (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and preparation of the consolidated financial statements, revenues, and relevant working papers
• Ownership of subsidiaries annual tax returns and other statutory reporting requirements globally
• Work with the Company's external auditors/advisors on audit, accounting, and other matters.
• Managing global expansion financial and tax aspects including discovery, implementation and compliance of local reporting regulations
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, maintain regulatory compliance, and oversee tax filings across multiple jurisdictions. Develop and implement controls over the financial reporting process, including process design and management of ongoing execution
• Proactively interact with internal business units and lead cross company initiatives
• Drive efficiency and automation within financial systems, including hands-on ERP implementation experience (NetSuite preferred)
• Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed

• CPA with prior experience in one of the big 4 accounting firms, high-tech industry
• Out of office experience- experience working for a global SaaS company - big advantage
• Hands-on accounting experience, including US GAAP knowledge ASC 606
• Experienced with Priority ERP software- big advantage
• Experience working with Salesforce- big advantage
• Experience working with NetSuite systems- big advantage
• Fluent English and Hebrew
• Fast learner
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proactive approach, follow tasks through to completion, meet commitments
• Great communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
