We seek a CRM MANAGER to join our team as maternity leave replacement.

The goal of the CRM Manager is to find business insights and constantly look for ways to increase the engagement and life time value of the database, meeting customers' needs and desires. You will be responsible for creating new automated CRM initiatives and processes, starting from solid data analysis and contributing with experience, innovation and creativity.

What you will do:

  • Definition of CRM strategy with specific focus on e-commerce B2C;
  • Creation of CRM campaigns as well as always-on journeys, including strategy, design and implementation;
  • AB testing - statistical approach;
  • Hands on experience and knowledge of marketing automation software Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Audience Builder);
  • Study and definition of segments within the database;
  • Data analysis & reporting - from simple and easy engagement KPI (open rates ecc..) to more business specific ones;
  • Supporting every implementation stage of the CRM making sure business requirements are properly tracked, developed and met;
  • Partnering clearly and comprehensively with IT, Data&Analytics and the System Integrator, even in urgent situations;
  • Contributing to both continuous feedback and continuous improvement processes;
  • Being involved in the discovery and resolution process of bugs or anomalies;
  • Providing insights, bringing a broad understanding of the project impact, characteristics/requirements to ensure an excellent delivery.

Who we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of previous experience in the role, particularly in the use of Salesforce CRM tool and direct management of it
  • Deep CRM dynamics knowledge
  • Customer centric sensibility
  • Analytical and statistical skills
  • English knowledge
  • Data and quantitative approach/mindset
  • HTML basic knowledge
  • SQL basic knowledge
  • AMPscript basic knowledge
