Director, Payor Sales

Co-founded by Dedi Gilad and Ofer Tzadik in 2012, TytoCare has FDA and CE clearances and partners with over 220 major health systems, health plans, and strategic partners in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Israel.
We are seeking for a driven sales professional to join our payor sales vertical. The Director, Payor Sales is responsible for prospecting large Payor Accounts and building strong relationships with key influencers in the regional and / or large payor space. You possess a passion for sales, experience selling SaaS, and a curiosity for disrupting the digital health space.
Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Take a strategic and proactive approach to identifying and building new relationships with prospective partnerships; focused on regional and national payors
Be a subject matter expert on value-based care, health plans, and help refine strategies used to attract and close clients
Represent at conferences and other relevant industry events
Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams to ensure that priorities aligned
Our ideal candidate will have:
Successfully developed enterprise partnerships for regional and / or national payors, may have experience selling to other value-based care organization.
Have deep knowledge of the US health care system and of the segments/workings of the payor industry
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree with 6 years of relevant healthcare industry Sales experience, specifically SaaS
Start-up experience preferred, or at minimum can clearly demonstrate ability to work in an entrepreneurial, hands on and adaptive environment.
Willingness to travel 25%

Salary Range: 120,000-130,000$
