Together with Tyto Insights™ AI-powered guidance, provider integrations, and Tyto Engagement Labs™ which include member journeys and engagement frameworks, Home Smart Clinic solutions ensure more equitable access to care across the globe, and enable healthcare organizations to meet their KPIs.

Co-founded by Dedi Gilad and Ofer Tzadik in 2012, TytoCare has FDA and CE clearances and partners with over 220 major health systems, health plans, and strategic partners in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Israel.

The Director of Provider Solutions will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing enterprise-level health system partnerships.

The successful candidate will:

  • Exude an executive presence, being able to manage up (VP and CEO) and within all levels of the company as well as externally with the C-suite within prospects and partners.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Growing and managing strategic partnerships to meet revenue and strategic targets.

  • Sourcing and leading new business opportunities, sales and partnership development within the territory including, prospecting, deal structuring, negotiation, closing, and execution.

  • Being the company’s subject matter expert on health systems, digital health, and virtual care, including news, regulatory, companies and contacts, new entrants, and helping develop which market strategies can be used to attract and close clients.

  • Working with leadership to expand the scope of applicability to encompass new opportunities, use cases, and markets as they emerge.

  • Collaborating with marketing, product and strategy teams to ensure that priorities and interdependencies are synchronized and well executed.

  • Writing & reviewing proposals for new and existing opportunities, identifying and setting goals, and creating plans to achieve goals

  • Executing go-to-market plans and revising plans as needed.

  • Representing the company at trade shows, conferences and other relevant industry events.

  • Possessing a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Successfully developed enterprise partnerships for a technology-based platform, such as EMRs, telehealth, or other complex medical or healthcare technologies.

  • Experience selling to clinical, business and IT management within health systems, healthcare providers, health insurers, physician groups, self-insured employers, and / or government agencies.

  • Have deep knowledge of the US health care ecosystem and health systems / care delivery.

  • Have deep understanding of consulting or advisory client management working with C-level teams.


  • 6+ years health sector experience in a sales, partnerships, strategy, operations or consultative role (e.g., management consult, advisory services).

  • MBA or 2 years management consulting experience preferred.

  • Start-up experience, or at minimum can clearly demonstrate ability to work in an entrepreneurial, hands on and adaptive environment.

  • Willingness to travel 25%+


A comprehensive compensation package will include a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, and stock options.

Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000 a year
