Co-founded by Dedi Gilad and Ofer Tzadik in 2012, TytoCare has FDA and CE clearances and partners with over 220 major health systems, health plans, and strategic partners in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Israel.
We are seeking for a highly driven and strategic sales leader to join us as a Vice President, Payor Sales. At this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our payor sales vertical. This is a high-impact position that requires a strong sales background, expertise in selling SaaS solutions, and a passion for disrupting the digital health space.
- Develop and implement a strategic and proactive approach to identify and cultivate new relationships with regional and national payers, with a focus on large accounts.
- Act as a subject matter expert on value-based care and health plans, refining sales strategies to attract and secure clients.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and relevant events, establishing our presence as a leader in the market.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and strategy, to ensure alignment of priorities and maximize business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing enterprise partnerships with regional and/or national payors, including experience selling to other value-based care organizations.
- Deep knowledge of the US healthcare system, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the segments and workings of the payor industry.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare industry sales, specifically within the SaaS domain.
- Previous experience in a start-up environment is highly preferred, showcasing your ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and adaptive setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Willingness to travel 25% or more as required to meet with key stakeholders and drive business growth.

Salary Range: $160,000-$190,000 a year
