Co-founded by Dedi Gilad and Ofer Tzadik in 2012, TytoCare has FDA and CE clearances and partners with over 220 major health systems, health plans, and strategic partners in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Israel.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with high-level stakeholders in large organizations. This role involves identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, strong business acumen, and the ability to navigate the C-suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, to understand client needs and deliver solutions that provide value.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage prospects, manage a robust pipeline, and accurately forecast sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer success) to align sales efforts with company offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client business strategies to provide consultative insights and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and manage complex sales cycles, ensuring mutual value for both the client and TytoCare.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and pipeline health, using data to refine and optimize sales approaches.

Qualifications:

  • +5 years of relevant healthcare industry sales experience, specifically digital solutions.
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment is highly preferred, showcasing your ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and adaptive setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, including contract negotiations and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel 25% or more as required to meet with key stakeholders and drive business growth.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Successfully developed enterprise partnerships for a technology-based platform, such as EMRs, telehealth, or other complex medical or healthcare technologies.
  • Experience selling to clinical, business, and IT management within health systems, healthcare providers, health insurers, physician groups, self-insured employers, and/or government agencies.
  • Have deep knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem and health systems/care delivery.
  • Have a deep understanding of consulting or advisory client management working with C-level teams.

Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 a year
