Job Responsibilities

• End-to-End responsibility for the company's R&D vision, performance, and deliverables.
• Defining the R&D team growth plan, required skills, culture, and strategy.
• Managing, coaching, and mentoring all developers.
• Assimilating lean startup development methods, Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Integral member of the company’s management team.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leading and scaling R&D teams, in startup environments.
• Vast experience in Mobile apps/Internals development both in Android and iOS (Swift/Java/Kotlin).
• Hands-on coding capabilities (mobile/backend/AWS cloud).
• Familiar with SaaS, Cross platforms architecture & design.
• Knowledge of Data / analytics systems - advantage.
