Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
Typical Education/Experience for level 2 roles:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.)

- Boeing has an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level and Associate Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team in multiple locations across the United States.
- Quality Salaried professionals’ partner with and lead cross-functional business units to protect the integrity of products and processes, effectively ensuring that every product and service meets quality and regulatory requirements.
- Supports reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements in the development of quality assurance plans.
- Assists with maintenance of Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics.
- Collects data to support analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of routine problems.
- Collects data to support research and analysis of performance reports to improve process capability.
- Collects data to support Quality source selection activity.
- Supports preparation for hardware, software and system level audits.
- Compiles data for material review disposition.
- Works under close supervision

- Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Currently Enrolled Student with a completed Bachelor’s Degree or higher by August 2024
- Problem Solving Experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in a Quality role
- Experience with Quality Management Systems
- Preferred skills: Project Management, Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, SQL/programming and other related skills
- Level 2: Bachelors with typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master)
