We now need a qualified Associate/Specialist, Data Analyst (Ed Institute) to join our Education Institute department.The Education Institute is our engine for reimagining public education within our schools and far beyond, and brings together a powerful K-12 focus across content and design, implementation, and instructional development.As a critical member of our Education Institute department, a Associate/Specialist, Data Analyst (Ed Institute) will be an innovative thinker who will become an expert in the way we use data to visualize and measure learning in order to transform the daily experiences of teachers, school leaders, and district-level administrators - making their job easier, and thinking proactively about the kind of information that will enable them to drive results. The Associate/Specialist, Data Analyst (Ed Institute) will help instructional teams diagnose strengths and gaps in student achievement and help the Education Institute department train our teachers to create strong educational plans.Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of professional experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, PowerPoint) with the ability to create complex formulas and build macros.
• A passion for processes, and the ability to maintain strong systems
• Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and ability to work flexibly
• A self-starter attitude, to independently and successfully manage projects
• Great communication skills -- quick to respond, both oral and written
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment!

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Analyzing scholar and teacher data, assessing strengths and gaps across all schools
• Reporting on internal and external school-based assessments to the Executive Team
• Supporting the Content Design Team and Learning Quality Team, providing them with information and analytics in order to drive decisions across all schools
• Building out the Education Institute’s data capabilities
