Job Description
Over the past decade, Success Academy has grown faster than any charter network in the nation, building a vibrant network of 49 elementary, middle and high schools. Our 20,000 children are outperforming students at top city and suburban schools across New York State. Our goals for our second decade are even more ambitious: to grow to 100 schools and to educate 50,000 children across New York City in a uniquely holistic pre K-12 system, bringing transformational change here and across the country. At 100 schools, we will graduate 3,000 scholars each year who are prepared to enter, persist and graduate from college and eventually to lead in business, government and civic realms.
Reporting to the Network Operations Manager , the Associate, Network Facilities will be extraordinarily organized and operate with a high degree of customer service. Approach challenges in creative ways and find thoughtful solutions. When needed, greet and guide existing staff and guests who visit our network office in a welcoming manner and treat them with the utmost respect and courtesy.

Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00

Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the main point of contact to staff on any facilities issues. Work closely with the Network Operations Manager on all special projects on enhancing and developing new and existing facilities. Ability to effectively plan and manage events, inventory, and renovations.
- Participates in vendor relationships and managing service levels. Receive, dispatch, assign and track facilities work requests based on knowledge of team, skill sets and functions assigned to contractors. Receive and process vendors and external couriers - taking precautions to ensure vendors are authorized, receive and assist in badge access, and perform work as expected. As a result, this role requires this individual to be in the office five days per week.
- Helps with set-up of meeting rooms, open spaces, conference rooms, etc. Move and relocate office furniture; adjust desks, chairs, file cabinets as requested. Report and troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and at least one year of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Facilities or Property Management
- Operations, Construction, or Project Management
- Are adaptable and flexible to a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and use good judgment in moments of ambiguity;
- Are relentlessly driven by high expectations for quality of work and a reflex to leverage data to improve with urgency and achieve exemplary results;
- Are truly dedicated to our mission and will be an innovative and strategic problem solver; and are eager for feedback and to independently drive your own learning and growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
