This position provides general administrative and sport-related support to the agent by managing the agent’s calendar and handling a variety of client-oriented business. We seek a high organized, detail-orientated, resourceful and sport forward assistant who has the desire to learn, explore and grow in the Basketball business.

Related Work Experience:

  • Ideal candidates will have one year of sports marketing work experience or internship in a sports or entertainment environment or related field.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care, follow-through, and follow up.
  • Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be passionate and knowledgeable about the business of sports with an emphasis in Basketball
  • Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks.
  • Friendly and open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Dependable and proactive.
  • Relentlessly curious.
  • Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist agent in all professional administrative matters.
  • Be an asset to the agent in the management of clients.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendar.
  • Track Client calendars
  • Track Client and Recruit game-performances throughout the season
  • Research and aid in preparing materials for presentation decks, including gathering, compiling, verifying, and analyzing information
  • Creating and managing client game calendars and client performance
  • Provide thorough research for future recruits/clients
  • During meetings and phone calls, take notes to identify, discuss, and implement the action items.
  • Liaise professionally with internal staff, external clients, and other industry leaders & executives
  • Be a though-partner in the business development of a client’s business

Hiring Rate Minimum:
