At Freddie Mac, you will do important work to build a better housing finance system and you'll be part of a team helping to make homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable across the nation.

The Creative Agency Intern will support Freddie Mac In-House Creative Agency with concepting and producing content. This individual must be able to work independently and wear multiple hats to support a variety of projects.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $54,000 - $82,000 . All interns positions are paid at an hourly rate, which can be found in the body of the job description.

Your Impact:
- Collaborate with our team of designers, Creative Directors, editors and producers in creating engaging content from conception through delivery
- Support our creative team with your knowledge and insights in motion graphics to impact ongoing projects and internal initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and design standards
- Develop professional aptitude in a multidisciplinary creative in-house agency setting
- Help our audiences connect with the mission driven work we produce
- Currently working towards a degree in creative or related field
- Graduating in December 2025 or May 2026
- Experience in effective, inspiring, inventive visual storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, take direction and work collaboratively
- Come with an understanding of the motion design process, animation workflow, organization, and working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Must have a strong ability to collaborate, communicate and problem solve.
- Aesthetic sensibility and knowledge of design fundamentals and animation are a plus. Our team does great work and seeks applicants that can keep up with the pace, put great stuff out there and be a part of a dynamic creative group.
- An overall desire to learn, create and have fun
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate, listen, and ask questions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong foundation in After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Strong persuasive communications and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Team first mentality and a good sense of humor
