Reporting directly to the CFO, the Corporate Finance Director will have the opportunity to drive future capital raising efforts and allocation strategic decisions for Ÿnsect.

He will be responsible for all outward-facing finance activities, including supporting communication with equity investors, current and prospective lenders, and the rapidly expanding set of ESG oriented pools of capital. This is a unique opportunity to work very closely with the senior leadership team, to help drive both Ÿnsect’s growth and sustainability missions.

The Corporate Finance Director is supported by a team of 2 people.

Main tasks:

· Work as a core team member to the finance team, actively participating in the execution of all type of engagements within the scope of the Corporate Finance department

· Preparation of business cases in the context of the Group’s organic development

· Define the development of “from scratch” financial models (at the Group and plant level) in line with the international development strategy

· Support for the management of cross-functional projects

· Review of financing options with the legal team and in charge of negotiating and structuring financing agreements

· Sensitivity analysis of model parameters and their impact on the Group’s performance

· Implementation of a quarterly reporting format for investors and creditors

· Assess areas of value creation/improvement and drive implementation

· Assess and lead M&A and growth projects

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive market and industry analysis

· Prepare business plan analysis, presentations and reports to ExCo and Board of directors

His role is based out of our Paris HQ in Gare de Lyon, with possibility for a hybrid working model.

· Graduated from a top-tier business school

· You have at least 10 years of a successful experience in corporate finance (Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets, M&A, Private Equity) or in a strategy consulting firm

· You are driven by the prospect of making the global food chain more sustainable and circular

· You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office suite products (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

· You have an entrepreneurial spirit with excellent communication and people skills and the ability to roll up your sleeves and join a fast-moving, collaborative team

· Strong leadership and organizational skills

· Be results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner

· Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in French and English
